The Challenge

A Haitian presidential candidate needed a modern call center platform to manage phone campaigns at scale — tracking voter sentiment, agent performance, and geographic coverage across Haiti's departments. No existing tool served the Haitian political context.

Our Approach

We built a comprehensive dark-themed 'war room' dashboard with real-time call analytics, an interactive D3-Geo map of Haiti, voter sentiment tracking, campaign management, and agent leaderboards. The entire UI is in Haitian Creole with 10+ Recharts visualizations.
